Light winds E/SE 10-15 mph today with day time highs 85-90 degrees. Temperatures will feel warmer/muggy with high humidity levels. A low aloft and its associated trough passing through the state will bring a slight chance of thunderstorms and heavy rains. Drier conditions by the weekend.

A Flood Advisory was taken down for Kauai. Earlier at 2:38AM the radar indicated heavy rain over central Kauai. Rain was falling at a rate up to 2 inches per hour. Flood Aadvisory posted at least until 8AM for Molokai. The western half of the island had a rate of 1 inch of rain per hour.
