KITV4 has new details about the hit and run in front of the Waikiki Aquarium that left a 23-year-old man dead.

Honolulu Police initially said they were searching for a white truck, but have determined that vehicle was not involved.

Police are now searching for a dark-colored SUV.

The victim, Patrick Amor, was hit by a car traveling eastbound on Kalakaua Avenue on May 2nd around 10:30 p.m.

Amor was initially in critical condition but later died at the hospital.

The vehicle now believed to be involved is a dark 2002 to 2005 Saturn Vue with a faded grey plastic bumper trim and may have damage to the left front bumper.
