The Rainbow Warrior volleyball team by earning the number one seed in the NCAA Tournament advanced right into the Final Four. Thursday's semifinal scheduled for 2pm at the Walter Pyramid against Lewis is the first match the Bows have had in a week and a half since winning the Big West Tournament on April 20th. These long breaks UH is used to and don't find to be a concern.

"Scheduling is certainly an inexact science and always a bit of a challenge. We don't get to control all the variables but we have certainly learned over time how to take advantage of those breaks. When you start the year you look at how it is going to play out and know how to prepare for each part of the season as it unfolds," Rainbow Warrior head coach Charlie Wade said.
