HONOLULU - Young ST is blocked between Piikoi ST and Kalakaua AVE due to vehicle fire. Avoid the area.
MAUI - Starting today, lanes between Kaonoulu and east Waipuilani ST be closed as crews install a 12-inch water line. Work will take place between 8:30 AM - 3PM. Motorists should follow all traffic control signs and allow extra time to reach their destination when traveling through work area. One lane will be open in each lane via contraflow. Work is expected to end April 5th.
PUNALUU - BWS is responding to a 30-inch water main break near 53-480 Haleaha ST. The leak was reported at 5:00 p.m. Until the main is repaired, customers from Kaneohe to Kahuku are encouraged to use water sparingly until further notice for essential needs- such as, cooking, and personal sanitation. Repairs are expected to continue into the night. Expect delays in the area.

MAUI - Brown Water Advisory has been issued at Honolua Bay on Maui. Heavy rain has resulted in stormwater runoff entering into coastal waters. The public is advised to stay out of flood waters and storm water runoff due to possible overflowing cesspools, pesticides, animal fecal matter, dead animals, pathogens, chemicals, and associated flood debris. KALIHI - According to the City and County of Honolulu Kalihi Street closed in both directions between Makuahine Street and Elua Street due to a down electrical pole.
Thursday night Moanalua FWY was at a stand still following a traffic incident. This morning KITV4 is learning that the woman involved has died. Honolulu police say a jeep was heading west on the freeway, near the Ahua ST overpass when it hit a woman running across the roadway. Road work will occur Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and will involve lane closures at various locations throughout the work area.
Kokee Road between the Kekeha Road junction and the Waimea Canyon Drive junction remains closed until further notice.
"When the Honolulu-bound contraflow is in operations no Kailua/Kaneohe bound traffic will be permitted to travel through the area," the Hawaii Department of Transportation wrote on their website.
