Island Pacific Academy American Revolution Museum

Island Pacific Academy fifth graders got creative while studying the American Revolution, deciding to bring history to life with performances, art, and music. Forty students created a dramatic play, posed as wax museum figures, and wrote and performed a Hamilton-like rap and dance. The museum was open to the public and held from noon to 3 pm at Tokai University.

The May 6 event will be held at 25 Maluniu Avenue (a covered, open lot near Cinnamon’s restaurant). The pet-friendly marketplace will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Event founder Danielle Scherman says she puts an emphasis on luxury living and rare finds. Aloha Home Market is her latest passion project.
